Dr.Ehsanur Rahman is a Board and Audit Committee Member. He holds a Master of Art Degree in International Relations (University of Dhaka) and Diploma in Advanced Educational Studies (University of Southampton, United Kingdom).

Currently, he is the Executive Director of Dhaka Ahsania Mission, a leading Non-government Organization in Bangladesh with activities encompassing education, health services, poverty eradication, environment protection, women development and drug prevention and controls. He joined DAM in 1989 as Assistant Director.

From 1980-87, he served as Manager, Bangladesh Krishi Bank in-charge of rural credit and small savings mobilization. While working with DAM, he is also involved in many consultancy works in the field of non-formal and adult education.
